Why an integrated Navigation module
The usage of online navigation is dependent on the coverage of the 4G network. In areas in which this coverage is not optimal smart phone based navigation will also not perform optimally.
In a vehicle that sees daily use in the employ of a diverse range of companies and organizations, having to navigate through the use of your phone is often undesirable.
The ease-of-use of Apple CarPlay / Android Auto
In those cases in which the offline navigation functionality is not required but having a touch screen infotainment system with Apple Carplay / Android Auto is still desired: there is an option of ordering the INTOUCH without a navigation module. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. Should the driver desire the usage of a specific navigational or music app then it can be easily enabled through this functionality.
